我们是谁

ACT20个全球品牌和全球产业总工会 (IndustriALL Global Union)  (IndustriALL Global Union之间签订的一项协议,旨在为纺织和服装供应链上的工人争取生活工资。

我们相信,通过结社自由和负责任的采购行为推动行业层面的集体谈判,才是影响工人薪酬的最有效途径。

什么是生活工资?

生活工资是指一个劳工满足其自身和家庭基本需求所需的最低收入,包括一些可自由支配的收入。这些收入应是在法定工作时间内获得的(即不含加班工资)。 

关于生活工资有多种不同的解读,具体的标准也参差不齐。 

然而大家有一个广泛的共识,即在大多数服装生产国,当前工人的薪资都远远低于任何合理定义的“生活工资”标准。

Bea Ruoff

Head of Operations, Accountability and Monitoring ACT

Bea Ruoff has a background in Economics and Business Administration. Prior to joining ACT she was a teacher and researcher with a focus on labour market development and inequality, wage setting and global production networks and has designed and managed multi-stakeholder research projects at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

David Cichon

Interim Head of Programmes

David Cichon has a background in sociology and political science with a research focus on industrial relations in global value chains. He completed his doctoral thesis on wage setting in Cambodia’s garment and footwear industry.

Tandiwe Gross

Senior Programme Manager, ACT

Tandiwe Gross joined the team in June 2018. She has a background in political science, law and labour policies, and has worked for the ILO in the field of online capacity building and technical advice on due diligence. More recently she served in the ILO Liaison Office in Myanmar.

James Dunlop

International Communications Manager

James has a background in communication strategy and public policy with a particular focus on wages and the global garment industry. An avid storyteller, James has supported civil society, government and private sector groups to use communication strategies to secure better outcomes for workers and communities.

Joana Cassinerio

Country Programme Manager

Based in Southeast Asia for the past decade, Joana has conducted extensive research on human rights challenges in the Global South. Her doctoral thesis on labour rights in the Cambodian garment sector discussed interpretations around the concept of ‘rights’ through the lens of existing laws, workers and employers.
